Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Chapter 149
In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 149, Ogi Zenin badly hurts his twin daughters, Maki and Mai, and leaves them in a room full of cursed spirits. He thinks they are weak and wants them to die. Even though they are both injured, Mai wakes up and sees Maki is still alive.
In a dream-like place, the sisters share a final moment together. Mai explains that because they are twins, Maki can never reach her full power while Mai is alive. To save her sister, Mai uses her last strength to create a special cursed tool and disappears. Before she fades away, she asks Maki to destroy everything.
